Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary Meeting of Southwick Parish Council will be held at Southwick Village Hall on Tuesday 7 February 2017 at 7.30pm and you are invited to attend
OPEN FORUM TO HEAR FROM MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC
At the Open Forum (Agenda item 2) members of the public will be able to address the Chairman to raise any matters of interest in relation to planning applications for a period of no longer than three minutes per person and the Open Forum will last for no more than thirty minutes.
Members of the public are reminded that they must raise matters of interest direct to the Chairman in a polite, respectful and unemotional way and that there should be no reference to the personal views on any person. Priority of speaking will be given to those who have made written requests in advance. Where possible, written details of matters of interest to be raised would be welcomed from Parishioners prior to the meeting and should be sent to the Clerk to assist in the compilation of the Parish Council’s comments back to Wiltshire Council Planning Authority.
1. Introductions and Welcome
The Chairman to welcome everyone and, if necessary, make any introductory remarks.
2. Adjournment (to start the Open Forum)
The Meeting will adjourn to give members of the public present an opportunity to raise any points of interest in relation to the planning applications on the Agenda. The Meeting will then re-convene.
3. Declarations of Interest.
Councillors to declare an interest if applicable.
The Parish Council to note apologies for non-attendance.
5. Planning - Observations to be sent to Wiltshire Council.
(a) Councillors to decide on the observations/call-in request to be sent to Wiltshire Council in respect of application 16/12279/OUT and agree any other further actions, if necessary.
(b) Councillors to note the letter received from Savills ’LAND EAST OF THE A361 PROPOSED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT’ and decide what action, if any, should be taken.
(c) Councillors to note application 17/00775/PNCOU ’Notification for Prior Approval under Class R – Proposed change of use of existing agricultural building to a café.’ Wiltshire Council confirms that it has been sent to the Parish Council for information only and no comments are required.
6. Closing Remarks.
The Chairman is to close the meeting.

Applications will be available for public inspection on the 7th February 2017 from 6.30pm in the Village Hall. They may also be found on the Wiltshire Council web site at: http://planning.wiltshire.gov.uk/Northgate/PlanningExplorer/ApplicationSearch.aspx
where it allows search by reference number.
