SOUTHWICK PARISH COUNCIL

Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of Southwick Parish Council will be held at Southwick Village Hall on Tuesday 20th February, 2018 at 7.30pm and you are invited to attend.

                        OPEN FORUM FOLLOWED BY THE PARISH COUNCIL MEETING

      Prior to the meeting there will be a short Open Forum to allow members of the public to address

      the Chairman and to raise any matters of interest.  The Open Forum will be no longer that fifteen

      minutes with a maximum of three minutes allowed per person.  The Chairman at his sole

      discretion may extend the Open Forum to a maximum of thirty minutes in total.

      Members of the public are reminded that they must raise matters of interest direct to the

      Chairman in a polite, respectful and unemotional way and that there should be no reference

      to the personal views of any person.

          Minutes of the Ordinary Parish Council Meeting held on the 16th January, 2018 to be agreed

          and signed.

          Minutes of the Extraordinary Parish Council  Meeting held on the 5rh December, 2017, not

          yet agreed and signed.

       Motion to adjourn.

     5.  WILTSHIRE COUNCIL REPORT.

          Wiltshire Councillor Mr. H. Prickett to provide a report.

          Receive reports from Councillors on matters of concern and to decide what actions to take.
