OPEN FORUM TO HEAR FROM MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC FOLLOWED BY THE PARISH COUNCIL MEETING. At the Open Forum members of the public will be able to raise any matters of interest but will be limited to three minutes per person. The Chairman will use his/her discretion regarding the length of the Open Forum. AGENDA. 1. Welcome and Introductions. Chairman to welcome those present. 2. Apologies. To receive apologies for non-attendance. 3. Declaration of Interests. Councillors to declare an interest, if applicable. 4. Minutes of the Ordinary Parish Council Meeting held on 20 September 2016 To agree, and sign, the minutes of the meeting as an accurate record. 5. Community Policing Team (CPT). a. To receive a report from the CPT. b. Councillors to identify any matters of concern. 6. Wiltshire Council Report. Wiltshire Council, Cllr. Prickett to provide a report. 7. Highways/Environment. a. To note any correspondence/response received from Selwood Housing in respect of Arnold Noad Corner/Hoggington Lane. b. To receive a report from councillors on any matters of concern and to decide the action required. 8. Finance. a. To receive a report from the Clerk on the current financial position. b. To note any grant applications made in respect of the Solar Farm Community Fund. c. To agree the payments to be made.
9. Planning. a. To receive a report on the status of extant planning applications.
b. To agree the comments to be sent to Wiltshire Council in respect of the following planning applications:
c. To decide how to handle any planning applications received after 11 October 2016. d. To note the presentation by Mr David King (a planning consultant) regarding the development of a Neighbourhood Plan (attendance by Mr King to be confirmed) and to decide any necessary action. e. To consider any other planning related matter and to decide any necessary action. Planning Applications are available for public inspection immediately prior to the Council meeting. 10. Website. To decide what is to be placed on the website. 11. Members Reports. Councillors to provide individual reports on any other matters they wish the Council to note. 12. Clerk’s Report. a. To invite the Council to note any other matter that needs to be brought to its attention. b. To note the date of the next meeting:
