Notice is hereby given that a meeting of Southwick Parish Council will be held at Southwick Village Hall on Tuesday 16 June 2015 at 7.30pm (approx.) and you are invited to attend.

OPEN FORUM TO HEAR FROM MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC FOLLOWED BY

THE PARISH COUNCIL MEETING.

The Parish Council meeting will be preceded at 7.30pm by a presentation on Planning Application 15/04583/FUL (see below) by representatives from vogt solar and Solafields. The Parish Council meeting will commence directly after the Open Forum.

4.        Minutes of the Annual Parish Council Meeting held on 19 May 2015

To agree, and sign, the minutes of the meeting as an accurate record.

5.        Minutes of the Ordinary Parish Council Meeting held on 19 May 2015

To agree, and sign, the minutes of the meeting as an accurate record.

6.       Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT).

a.       To receive a report from the NPT.

b.       Councillors to identify any matters of concern.

7.       Finance.

a.       To receive a report from the Clerk on the current financial position.

b.       To agree the payments to be made.
