Minutes of the Extraordinary meeting of the Southwick Parish Council held in Southwick Village Hall on Tuesday 4 August 2015 at 7.00pm.

1092.     Introductions and Welcome

The Chairman welcomed everyone to the meeting. She stated that the Extraordinary meeting had been called to decide on the comments to be sent to Wiltshire Council in respect of planning applications15/06694/PNCOU and 15/06880FUL.

1093.     Declarations of Interest.

There were no interests declared

1094.     Apologies.

Apologies for non-attendance were received from Parish Councillors Doel and Morland and from Wiltshire Council Cllr. H Prickett.

1095.     Adjournment.

The Chairman adjourned the meeting to allow the members of the public to express views relating to the planning applications. The meeting was then reconvened.

1096.     Observations to be sent to Wiltshire Council.

The Parish Council examined the following planning application:

15/06694/PNCOU

Barn at Hoopers Pool Farm, Hoopers Pool

Change of use of Agricultural Building to a Dwelling House (Prior Approval) – Resubmission of 15/02039/PNCOU

NEW

The Parish Council resolved that it had no comments in respect of planning application 15/06694/PNCOU.

The Parish Council examined the following planning application:

15/06880/FUL

Silver Street Farm, Silver Street Lane,

Brokerswood

Construction of New Access and Manage

NEW

The Parish Council resolved that it supported planning application 15/06880/FUL subject to the following:

‘An appropriately sized culvert must be installed to connect the drain either side of the new entrance.’

The Chairman thanked everyone for attending the meeting and closed the meeting.
