Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary meeting of the Southwick Parish Council will be held in Southwick Village Hall on Tuesday 1 November 2016 at 7pm. and you are invited to attend.

4. Minutes of the Ordinary Parish Council Meeting held on 18 October 2016.
To agree, and sign, the minutes of the meeting as an accurate record.
5. Review of Solar Farm Fund – Grant Applications

a. The Clerk to advise the Parish Council as to the process which might be adopted for assessing the grant applications.
a. To review all grant applications received up to 31 October 2016 and to reach agreement as to which applications should be approved, rejected, or require more information.
[NOTE. If the Clerk receives applications just prior to 31 October 2016, it may not be possible to have electronic copies sent to Councillors prior to the meeting. In such cases the Clerk will bring paper copies to the meeting for each Councillor.]
b. For approved applications, to agree their priority and allocate funds to them out of the available Solar Farm Fund.
6. Clerk’s Report – urgent items only, if any.
a. To invite the Council to note any urgent matters that need to be brought to its attention.
b. To note the date of the next meeting: 15 Nov. 2016 - Ordinary Parish Council meeting at 7.30pm.
7. Meeting to be closed.
