Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of Southwick Parish Council will be held at
Southwick Village Hall on Tuesday 17th April, 2018 at 7.30pm and you are invited
to attend.
OPEN FORUM FOLLOWED BY THE PARISH COUNCIL MEETING.
Prior to the Meeting there will be a short Open Forum to allow members of the
public to address the Chairman and to raise any matters of interest. The Open Forum
will be no more than fifteen minutes with a maximum of three minutes per person.
The Chairman at his sole discretion may extend the Open Forum to a maximum of
thirty minutes in total.
Members of the public are reminded that they must raise matters of interest direct
to the Chairman in a polite, respectful and unemotional way and that there should
be no reference to the personal views of any person.
