Minutes of Council Meetings a) To confirm and sign as a correct record the minutes of a meeting of the Parish Council held on Tuesday 15th October 2019 (copy attached). b) To note that the minutes of the meetings held on 16th April and 21st May 2019 are being re-drafted to take into account comments received from members and that the Clerk proposes the Parish Council meets informally prior to the December meeting in order to agree the final documents, which will then be presented to Council for adoption. |
