Declarations of Interest and Dispensations to Participate

a)         To receive declarations of interest in respect of matters contained in this agenda, in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act 1972 in respect of officers and the Localism Act 2011 in respect of members.

b)        To receive any dispensation requests received by the Parish Clerk and not previously considered.

Minutes of Council Meetings

a)    To confirm and sign as a correct record the minutes of a meeting of the Parish Council held on Tuesday 17^th December 2019 (copy attached).

b)    To confirm and sign as a correct record the minutes of the meetings held on 16^th April and 21^st May 2019 (copies attached). Members to note that the detail for the declaration of interest recorded in the April minutes will need to be added.

Following a motion to adjourn to receive a report from Wiltshire Councillor Horace Prickett.  Motion to re-convene.

a)    To receive reports from Councillors on matters of concern and to decide what action, if any, to take.

b)    To receive options and costings for the potential purchase of a Speed Indicator Device for the parish (information attached – December minutes refer).

c)     To receive costings for the provision of additional dog waste bins and consider suitable locations (information attached – December minutes refer).
